The book also contains excerpts from Berkshire Hathaway Inc. (NYSE: BRK.a, BRK.b) annual report and annual shareholder meeting. From what I understood, reading this book, these BRK class A and class B stocks are thought to be maintenance free. Once bought you will never want to sell it, thus you will never take a tax hit. Indeed, selling BRK would be foolish. To attend their annual shareholder meeting which takes place in Omaha, NE, end of April each year, you will have to own at least one BRK class A or B share by early March. Do not miss this event. This meeting is unbelievable educative. Warren E. Buffett and the BRK Vice Chairman Charlie T. Munger answer questions during five hours.
